HIGH SCHOOL BALL HIGHLIGHTS

The banquet hall of Montebello Villa Hotel sparkled with the dapper but graceful brightness of the CMIC high school HS Ball participants last February 17, 2012.

Just for a night, the Juniors, Sophomores and Freshmen from both the Jakosalem and Talamban Campus were led by the Seniors in dining and dressing  up in all elegance. They glided across the floor enjoying every formal, traditional and even “game” dances that were squeezed into the program. They danced to the musical renditions of contemporary artists, but also entertained with the latest “doggy” dance battle theme.

Just for that night, graceful couples twirled to romantic music and sashayed to their hearts’ content, but only under the watchful eyes of the administration and teachers who sat as the guests and judges for the event.

Several parents were spotted outside, eagerly anticipating a glimpse of their boys who had become men in their tailored suits and their girls who were now women in their spectacular gowns.

The ball was a project jointly organized by the student council officers of both Jakosalem and Talamban Campuses.
